Honest Connection, Real Stories

First and foremost, I’m all about real talk. I’m not one for surface-level niceties—small talk about the weather isn’t my thing. My clients invite me into some of the most intimate moments of their lives—postpartum skin-to-skin, nursing, the vulnerability of being in underwear, navigating extended family dynamics, divorce, and grief. I’ve lived a lot, witnessed even more, and hold space for it all.

Time and again, clients tell me they feel safe and seen with me. That’s what I strive for—because this is more than a transaction. It’s an exchange of humanity, creativity, and the deep desire to be known.

How I Got Here

My journey into family photography came from a personal place—a desire to give my own children tangible memories of our life together.

But the foundation was laid long before that. Over 20 years ago, I studied Advertising Photography at RIT, working across genres—from commercial campaigns for Dove Baby, Neiman Marcus, and 23&Me to documentary storytelling in Zambia, Mozambique, Ghana, and beyond. Whether photographing global communities gaining access to clean water or capturing brand stories, my work always circled back to one thing—family.

The Way I Work

My family sessions are intentional, styled just enough to set the scene, then left to unfold naturally—your connections, your moments. I work exclusively with natural light, drawn to the heart and soul of every family, no matter what shape it takes.

As a divorced mother of two, I hold space for non-traditional families. I believe there’s beauty in the scars and stretches we collect along the journey of parenthood.

Advocating for Parents

We deserve to be in the photo.

To be seen.

To be remembered.

We aren’t meant to go it alone.

It’s my hope to become a long-term part of your family's journey and document your growth.

If this resonates with you, let’s connect.

I love a good heart-to-heart.

From planning to the final frame, I’m here for you every step of the way.

it’s time to take the first step
